Mark Christian Somatics

My name is Mark Christian Bacigalupi. I’m an Certified SMGI® Practitioner (Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery), a Massage Therapist, Access Bars Facilitator, and Certified Triple Vagal Method Practitioner. I’m here to support, guide, and aid those looking to take on the courageous journey of transformation.

Having dedicated six years to the art of somatic therapies, my passion for healing has only deepened over time. Guiding individuals through their healing journey, I find immense fulfillment in helping others reconnect with their bodies and emotions. My fascination with the intricate connection between mind and body fuels my commitment to this work. Witnessing clients' transformation, releasing traumas, and rediscovering their inner strength is my motivation to continue this work. I believe in the body's inherent wisdom and ability to heal when provided with support, presence and understanding. My years of experience have taught me the profound impact a bottom-up approach to therapy can have on one's life, and I am genuinely inspired by the resilience and courage displayed by my clients. This passion for healing continues to drive me as I strive to create a safe, nurturing space for individuals to embark on their healing journey.
