Trauma-Informed, Compassionate, and Inclusive Guidelines for the Triple Vagal Method Training and Retreat:

Overview:

The Triple Vagal Method training and retreat aims to provide a safe and healing space for participants to learn and grow. However, it may not be suitable for everyone. Trauma-Informed Approach:

The training and retreat are designed with a trauma-informed approach, which means we prioritize safety, trust, and empowerment. Our facilitators are trained to create an atmosphere of compassion, empathy, and understanding, allowing participants to feel supported throughout their journey.
